Should you not be satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, contact us at sales@clothcottage.co.za with details of why you want to return the item. Should your return be approved, we will send you a collection slip from Courier Guy.
Please note: Goods approved for returns must be unworn, unused, with tags, copy / proof of payment and in original packaging.
Only approved returns will be accepted.
Please contact us immediately if, on receipt of your order it is defective or not what you ordered.
Once the approved return is received by us, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it might take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process.
